POSITION: Facility Maintenance LOCATION: Western Reserve Local Schools QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Experience in building and grounds operations. 2. Familiarity with computers and software relating to Google Suite for education, email communication, maintenance, scheduling, and inventory. 3. Physical fitness to complete job requirements. 4. Ability to read chemical labels. 5. Ability Read/interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for proper equipment operation 6. Ability to perform the maintenance tasks of inspection, monitoring, repair/replacement, reinstallation and testing of the facility equipment/systems 7. Desire to work as part of a team and have good work habits 8. Effective oral and written communication skills 9. Proficient in the use of hand tools, hand-held power tools, and precision measurement tools 10. Two-to-Four-year Technical Degree preferred 11. Three to Five years’ experience working with facility and utilities’ equipment preferred 12. Consistent outstanding performance level in safety, work ethic, and professionalism 13. Attention to detail, with demonstrated ability in problem solving 14. Mechanical and Electrical aptitude 15. Ability to read material safety data sheets (MSDS). 16. Ability to initiate and complete work orders. 17. Cleans and maintains components of all boilers, furnaces, HVAC units and other major equipment including motors, filters and other integral parts. 18. Have a valid driver's license, be able to drive, and qualify under the district’s insurance carrier when driving a district vehicle SALARY: In accordance with the adopted salary schedule.
