Western Reserve Schools are located in a rural community in northeastOhio, in Mahoning County, about 20 miles west of Youngstown. The School district is located in two townships, and houses approximately 850 students. There are three schools in the Western Reserve District.  Western Reserve High School, Western Reserve Middle School and Ellsworth Elementary. The administration, teachers and staff attempt to offer a progressive, developmentally based curriculum for all grades. The Western Reserve School District exhibits a great deal of pride from its history and long-standing traditions as it moves through the present and into the future. Western Reserve Local Schools is proud to announce that it has been rated, "Excellent" by the State of Ohio's report card standards.  This is the eighth year an "Excellent" rating has been awarded to the Western Reserve Local Schools.
